How do you decide on the themes of each Cravebox?
Our expert Cravebox Curators scour the earth continuously for the best products that are sure to delight our Members. We also listen to feedback on Twitter and Facebook, so please tell us what you crave!
Will each Cravebox only contain one category e.g., all food, all beauty etc.?
Sometimes they will, but it depends. Every box will be created around a theme, topic, occasion, or interest, and the products will enhance and be relevant to the theme.
Can I choose what’s in my Cravebox?
Nope! That’s what our Cravebox Curators do. Trust us, you’ll love it.
Will I receive coupons in my Cravebox?
Sometimes, but only if they're especially fabulous. Also, once in a while we may include free vouchers for products that are difficult or excessively expensive to ship.
How do I pay for my Cravebox?
Craveboxes can be paid for using Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express.
Can I ship to an alternate address?
We ship to the address in the Member Info section of your profile. You can enter a different billing zip code with your credit card information.
How can I review my membership information?
Login and go to your Profile. Check each of the tabs so you know where to see and update everything from the drawings you've entered to your personal interests to your payment information.
What is your privacy and personal information policy?
We never share or sell personal information. All personal data is kept secure and strictly confidential. You can review our Privacy Policy here.
Do I have to have a Google account to pay for my Cravebox?
Not any more. You can use credit/debit cards from Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express.
Can I return my products if I don’t like them?
Unfortunately we are not able to accept returned items. If you have a concern about the quality or integrity of a product you receive from Cravebox please contact us at help@cravebox.com.

Is Cravebox available outside USA?
Cravebox is currently only available for residents of the continental USA.

When do you find out what is in each Cravebox?
We’re sneaky and we love to surprise you! You'll know the theme of each box in advance, and once the boxes have been delivered all the details will be revealed.
